How does the newsletter subscription work?
Learn what happens when you subscribe from the ModelBoard footer, including confirmation email, button states, errors, and rate limits.
Newsletter subscription FAQ
Use the newsletter form in the footer to request ModelBoard product updates, industry insights, and resources by email. The form sends a real subscription request and uses email confirmation to complete the signup.
ModelBoard uses the email address you enter only to process the newsletter subscription request. The footer links to the privacy policy for more detail about how personal information is handled.
Scroll to the footer and find the Stay in the loop section. Enter your email address in the newsletter field, then select Subscribe.
The footer button changes state as your request moves through the subscription flow:
- Subscribe means the form is ready for your email address.
- Subscribing… means ModelBoard is sending your request. The button is temporarily disabled to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Subscribed means the request was accepted and the confirmation step is ready in your inbox.
Yes. After a successful subscription request, check the inbox for the email address you entered and follow the confirmation link. Your subscription is not complete until you confirm from that email.
If you do not see the confirmation message within a few minutes, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you use a work or studio email system, your mail provider may delay or filter automated confirmation messages.
If ModelBoard cannot submit the request, the footer shows an error message instead of completing the subscription. Common reasons include an invalid email address, a temporary service issue, or too many subscription attempts from the same network.
Try these fixes first:
Check the email address
Make sure the address is complete and does not include extra spaces or unsupported characters.
Wait before trying again
If you submitted several requests in a short period, wait before retrying. The subscription service may temporarily limit repeated attempts.
Use the same inbox to confirm
If the request succeeds, open the confirmation email from the same inbox you entered in the footer.
Rate limiting protects the newsletter form from repeated or automated submissions. If you see a message such as Too many requests, pause and try again later from the same network.
Repeatedly selecting Subscribe will not speed up delivery of the confirmation email. Wait for the current request to finish, then check your inbox before submitting again.
After you confirm by email, keep the confirmation message for your records and update your mail preferences from future newsletter emails when needed. If you entered the wrong address, submit the form again with the correct email and confirm from that inbox.
