Where Pro Services lives
Pro Services appears in the Post-Production stage of a Collab project. Use it after the project has moved beyond setup and you are organizing work that supports post-production.
Open the Collab project
Go to the Collabs hub at /collabs, then open the project at /collab/{id}.
Select Post-Production
Choose Post-Production from the project stage navigation. This stage groups post-production work areas separately from Production and Distribution.
Open Pro Services
Select Pro Services from the Post-Production child tabs. It appears next to Project Files in the current workflow navigation.
How it fits into the workflow
Use Pro Services as part of the same project workspace, not as a separate project record. Keeping it inside Post-Production helps you move from planning and collaboration into the post-production work that follows.
Use Production for the project overview, collaborators, compliance, timeline, moodboard, and screenplay.
Use Post-Production for Project Files and Pro Services.
Use Distribution for File Sharing, Metadata, Credits, Licensing, and Forensics & Distribution.
If you do not see Pro Services, confirm that you are inside a Collab project and that Post-Production is selected. Availability can also depend on the project and account configuration shown in the app.
